Once again, the Korea Center for Disease Control and Prevention highlighted the importance of social distancing.

"The main danger signs in reference to Coronavirus 2019 are vague, and awareness such as 'I'm going to be okay' and 'It's only once.' Silent signals can conveniently and explosively happen at any moment," the Center reiterated.

But on the same day, however, Dispatch allegedly managed to spot K-pop artists from the night of April 25 to the dawn of April 26.

Dispatch disclosed that the speculated "Itaewon Idols" were the 97-liners BTS's Jungkook, ASTRO's Eunwoo, NCT 127's Jaehyun, SEVENTEEN's Mingyu. The media outlet stated that the four idols went to a restaurant and a couple of entertainment facilities in Itaewon.

Given the recent resurgence of COVID-19 in Itaewon, KCDC asked everyone who visited the area from April 24 to May 6 to get tested, and that was what the four major idols did and tested negative.

However, the problem was KCDC required those who had themselves checked to self-isolate for 14 days after the test, which means that Jungkook, Jaehyun, Mingyu, and Eunwoo should have had to remain isolated until May 10th.

But Eunwoo promoted with his group ASTRO on May 7 for their recent comeback "Gateway" by gracing the "Hidden Track" and "Cultwo Show." Plus, he performed on May 8 at Music Bank and on May 9 at Music Core.

Jaehyun, on the other hand, went on as the MC for Inkigayo and appeared on the April 26th, May 3rd, and May 10th episodes.

Meanwhile, Mingyu and Jungkook didn't have official schedules.

According to a witness, "I was in the same place [as them]. But to this day, I haven't been going out for two weeks."

The second spot that the four idols visited actually ceased activities temporarily with respect to the social distancing rules. The place was both a club and a bar, where it would still be challenging to keep up with the social distancing protocol due to the establishment's nature.

The four idols' respective agencies have finally released their official statements regarding this issue.
