Read the agency's full statement below:

"Hello, This is Shofar Music.

There have been completely unsubstantiated allegations and slanderous remarks that were previously directly related to the musician of our agency, BOL4.

Given this, the scenario has sparked psychological damage to our company, our musician, the close friends of our artists, and the supporters of our artists. We want to remind you we intend to take legal measures to safeguard our artist.

We also have presently accrued a multitude of proof by tracking. We will continue to investigate and track spiteful and grossly offensive comments in the future, in order to gather proof and address serious action.

To safeguard our musician effectively, we will not just to monitor our work personally, but also fully intend to verify the helpful hints obtained and provided by the fans.

Or persistent compilation of facts, feel free to email any specific tips regarding vile remarks about the musicians and artists of Shofar Music.

Thanks to all of those who still constantly give love, encouragement, and support to the artists at Shofar Music."

It was in April when Politician Kim Geun Tae had claimed various artists of manipulating and influencing music charts in their interest, including BOL4, GWSN, Kikwang, and so many more.

"The creator" would lease out a server, and split it into completely separate partitions, as per Kim Geun Tae. Each partition will then have several iterations of music streaming applications playing songs from other musicians.

Some partitions have also been changed to allow the program to believe that it has operated the streaming software's mobile app. They'd concentrate on listening between 9 pm and 11 pm KST when there are fewer users, and it's possible to gain the rating of an album.

But Shofar Music was quick to debunk the baseless allegations from the politician and made a public statement about it.

"Candidate Kim had brought forward a specific OST sung by BOL4 as evidence of manipulation of the music chart.

Our artist took participation in this OST after getting a casting bid, and so either our agency and our singer have completely no surrounding privileges [musicians' rights to earn compensation for the broadcast/performance of their recordings], master's possession, or promotional or advertising assets for the album.

Hence we have specifically agreed unanimously that our business has no connection to manipulating the music ranking.

Candidate Kim then expressed remorse at the way in which his media conference, which was originally intended to reveal the deception perpetrated by the under-marketing firm, All had been wrongly portrayed in the media as if the artist's hand were responsible for the crime."

Meanwhile, BOL4 unveiled her solo album "Puberty Book II" on May 13, and pre-released the title track "Leo," which she collaborated with EXO's main vocalist, Baekhyun.
