On July 11, the Korean Business Research Institute has released the July male idol groups' brand reputation rankings. The lineup was made after considering the group's interaction with their fans, consumer participation, community indexes of each male idol group, and media coverage from June 9 to July 10.
Once again, BTS ranked 1st amongst all-male idol groups. For two years, the group has consecutively topped the monthly brand reputation rankings. This month, the group had a 12.07% increase in score compared to June's data. With 9,596,339 brand reputation index, BTS bagged the 1st place for the 26th month in the row.
As released by the Korean Business Research Institute, the high-ranking keywords associated with BTS includes "Youtube," "Album," and "Billboard." On the other hand, the terms closely related to the group were "participate," "surpass," and "record." Furthermore, the group received a total of 80.13% positive reactions to the positivity-negativity inquiry.
Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN snatched the second place this July's male idol group rankings with an outstanding 71.52% climb in their index. With a total of 3,658,069 brand reputation index, the group landed the 2nd spot on this month's ranking. In contrast, EXO maintained its place at third with a 2,525,362 brand reputation index for July.
