BTS is taking a new leap as brand ambassadors for the world-famous ice cream brand, Baskin-Robbins. On June 30, Baskin-Robbins revealed BTS as their official endorsers to promote their products - including a new flavor - this coming August!
Then, on July 24, Baskin-Bobbins Korea launched the TV commercial "[Baskin-Robbins X BTS] Bangtan is Baskin-Robbins Launch TVCF" on its official YouTube channel. The 15-second ad starts with the camera zooming in to all the members casually walking before turning around, showing their sweetest smiles.

It was also reported on the 16th that Baskin-Robbins had finished shooting photos and videos of the new ice cream flavor, which will be revealed in August, along with new ads to air on cable TV.
On the same day, new promotional pics were published!
Further, they plan to drop various promotional products, such as "Project Light."
Baskin-Robbins
Being one of the best and delectable ice creams worldwide, Baskin-Robbins has carved its name to have the most incredibly tasty frozen sweets all over the globe. Burton Baskin and Irvine Robbin's passion for the sherbet took to create a delightful treat for all ages.
Robbins was a dairy son who has been scooping ice cream from his family's business, starting from his Snowbird Ice Cream store in California on the aftermath of his career as a soldier. On the other hand, his brother-in-law, Burton, built his ice cream parlor in California, too.
Then, in 1948, the two merged their stores and Baskin-Robbins was born. And the rest is history.
Today, it is currently owned by Dunkin Brands, formerly known as Dunkin Donuts, that is also known for its sweet treats.

While people would only imagine 31 flavors composed of the brand, there are actually 1,300 tastes that was introduced globally. Its dominion is spread internationally after franchise became available around the world. In 2019, over 40 countries have been introduced to Baskin-Robbins' sumptuous ice creams.

ARMYs plunged into excitement as the BTS-inspired ice cream has been revealed. The number "7" ice cream design is filled with seven different flavors, along with other merchandise exclusive related to BTS: "7" key ring, purple spoons, outer box, and photo card!
With each seven flavors, you get the merch items, all in all inspired by the Bangtan boys' "Map of the Soul: 7."
This ambassadorship is proof of BTS's global popularity, and thusly, spearheading the worldwide acceptance of K-pop.
