Back in 2017, MONSTA X member Shownu guested on the show "Video Star." As the idol is known for his incredible frame, muscular body, and drive for working out, the panel decided to ask to name three people who had the best physiques in the K-Pop industry. Curious to hear his choices? Check them out here!
1. EXO's Sehun
Sehun was the first idol Shownu mentioned, and it's not hard to see why! Not only is the idol tall, but he also has broad shoulders and is very muscular. Though the idol has stated he is not fond of dieting, his members have all said that he likes to exercise, and his six-pack and biceps prove it. Member Baekhyun has even stated that Sehun has the best body out of all of them! Additionally, the idol has amazingly long legs, making him look like a model.
2. BTS's Jin
Jin was the second idol Shownu mentioned. Jin has shoulder as wide as the Pacific Ocean and thick and meaty thighs, making the idol look very mature and masculine. Though the idol is not the usual BTS member mentioned when talking about physique, it's apparent to ARMYs and Shownu's eyes that the idol has an amazing figure. Jin looks strong, even with just one glance. He definitely won't be knocked over by the wind.
3. Kang Daniel
Kang Daniel is the third idol Shownu mentioned. He is known as "God Daniel," thanks to his amazing physique, with amazingly broad shoulders and long legs. He also has magnificent abs, which he has shown to fans during his performances. In 2017, he was part of Women Sense Magazine's "Men With The Best Shoulders."
He also decided to shout out former MONSTA X member Wonho for his amazing physique. Wonho is known for his wide chest, big biceps, and abs, and he isn't afraid of showing his body off! He has often performed in tight or exposing clothing, and have even gone just completely shirtless! He is not afraid of a little skin.
