South Korean YouTuber PPKKa is currently under fire after saying that Joy from Red Velvet should be kicked out of the group. This comes after Joy was spotted wearing a shirt that says, "We Should All Be Feminists."

On August 20, PPKKa shared a video to his YouTube channel titled, "The Reason Joy Is Selfish". In the video, he speaks about Joy being caught wearing the feminist shirt. In the video, he slams Joy for being a "fake feminist", saying that her adorning herself with makeup and corsets, as well as acting cute and sexy to sell products, is the opposite of what a feminist is. He also criticizes her for wearing the shirt when her job is judged according to levels of her commercial value.

PPKKa called Joy an "amazing contradiction".

He went on to say that instead of being a bad influence on members Wendy and Seulgi, Joy should just leave the group and become a solo singer like HA:TFELT and promote her feminism ideals alone.

He added that Red Velvet had been disqualified from his list of potential wives who he will get married to in the future.

Netizens were enraged over the video and left numerous comments calling him out. Check out some netizens comments down below:

"What did Joy do so wrong? All she did was to wear a t-shirt?"

"As if Joy would marry a guy like you anyway."

"This guy is too much."

"This is enough to get sued by SM Entertainment."

"This guy is ignorant, that is why he talks so much."

Previously, Joy was criticized by some Korean netizens after she posted a series of photos to Instagram, in which she is seen wearing a Dior white shirt and a grey suit jacket. When people started noticing she was wearing a feminist shirt, many started calling the idol "selfish", as this t-shirt can negatively affect her and Red Velvet. Korea is known for being close-minded with things like feminism, and though it is slowly getting better, there are still many who disagree with the feminist movement.

Many have also come to her defense, however. Some say that it's just a t-shirt, and she most probably wore it since she was sponsored to do so. Some have also complimented Joy, saying she looks gorgeous in her outfit.

What do you think of the situation?
