MAMAMOO Confirms Preparations Underway for November Comeback

On September 29, TEN Asia reported that MAMAMOO was gearing up for a comeback, and a source from MAMAMOO's agency confirmed to Xportsnews, "They are preparing for a comeback in early November. We will announce the schedule once it is confirmed."

According to TEN Asia, the members are working hard, preparing for their comeback, and the group has already decided on their title track. The group is expected to show growth and maturity, especially as a 7-year girl group. Fans are overjoyed at this news and can't wait for this comeback. We wish MAMAMOO all the success.

Mamamoo, most often stylized as MAMAMOO, is a South Korean girl group formed by RBW (formerly WA Entertainment) in 2014. The group officially debuted on June 18, 2014, with the single "Mr. Ambiguous." Their debut was considered by some critics as one of the best K-pop debuts of 2014. They are recognized for their retro, jazz, R&B concepts, and their strong vocal performances. All the members are known for their distinct charms and talents and take the group to newer heights every day together.

On March 27, 2019, Mamamoo announced their fourth solo concert, titled "2019 Mamamoo Concert 4Seasons F/W," held at Jangchung Gymnasium in Seoul on April 19-21. The shows are a grand finale for Mamamoo's "Four Seasons Four Colors Project," which was launched in March 2018 to re-create its identity.

On July 24, 2019, Mamamoo released a new single titled "Gleam," composed by Cosmic Sound, as a CF (commercial film) for Davich Eyeglasses.

Mamamoo released their second full album, Reality in Black, on November 14, 2019, with its lead single "Hip."The reality in Black debuted and peaked atop the Gaon Album Chart, while "Hip" peaked at number four on the Digital Chart. "Hip" debuted at number five on the World Digital Songs Sales chart and peaked atop the chart in its second week, giving the group their first number-one hit on the chart.

On February 19, 2020, Mamamoo released their third Japanese song, "Shampoo," as a digital single. The song and the Japanese version of "Hip," is included in the Japanese edition of Reality in Black. Following Solar's solo debut with the single, "Spit It Out," on April 23, 2020, Mamamoo became the second Korean group in which every member had a solo song chart on the Billboard's World Digital Song Sales chart.
