MBC's popular music show "Show! Music Core" aired on the afternoon of the 17th of October, 2020! In "Music Core," BTS' "Dynamite," Blackpink's "Lovesick Girls," and Sandeul's 'Look Out' competed for first place candidates.
BTS is writing a new history of K-pop with "Dynamite," which was released in August. It was the first Korean song to take the top spot on the Billboard Singles Chart in the United States and peaked for two consecutive weeks. On the chart on October 3, it succeeded in driving backward and regained first place.
It ranked first in the Billboard Global (excluding the US) chart, which ranks streaming and sales in more than 200 regions worldwide, for two weeks in a row, and ranked second in the Billboard Global 200. In addition, Refund Expedition made their music show debut with their performance of "Don't Touch Me" in "Show! Music Core."
AKMU Lee Suhyun also released the single "ALIEN" and showed off her solo debut stage on the show. This is the first solo song to be officially released by AMKU after 6 years of debut.
During the comeback stage, NCT U, Pentagon, VERIVERY, Weeekly displayed immeasurable charm in their respective stages.
NCT U directed the comeback stage of 'Make A Wish (Birthday Song)' , the title song of the 2nd regular album "RESONANCE PT. 1."
Pentagon, who made a comeback after 8 months also performed their title song "Daisy" from their 10th mini-album "WE:TH."
Stray Kids also showed off their stage for "Back Door" which was very well received.
