[BREAKING] GOT7 Makes Anticipated Comeback with Pre-Release Song 'BREATH'

It's D-Day for GOT7's "Breath!"

After sharing a series of teaser images of the members, the day has finally come when Ahgase (GOT7's fan club) will no longer wait for the idols. On Monday, Nov. 23 at 6:00 p.m. KST, the boy band has dropped their highly-anticipated song titled "Breath," along with its music video. It serves as a pre-release song and one of the title tracks of GOT7's new album "Breath of Love: Last Piece," which is scheduled for release on Nov. 30 at 6:00 p.m. KST.

"Breath" marks GOT7's first comeback in seven months since their eleventh extended play "DYE," which was launched on Apr. 20, together with the MV of the lead single, "Not By the Moon." In addition, the band's upcoming studio album is their first one in two years since "Present : YOU" in 2018.

Jinyoung participated in the lyric-writing process and composition of "WAVE," while Jackson was credited in the lyrics writing, composition, and arrangement of "SPECIAL." Mark and BamBam are the co-writer and co-composer for "Born Ready" and "Waiting for You," respectively. Meanwhile, Yugyeom took part in writing the lyrics and composing for "Now I'll Do It."

With no further ado, watch the MV for GOT7's "Breath" below!

The music video started with several paintings hanged on the wall, with the frame in the middle left blank. A few staff can be also seen arranging the paintings. A man then sits in front of the camera and blocks the view with a frame.

The next part shows GOT7 members passing by each other, going to different directions. The MV mainly highlights the members of the K-Pop boy group as they sing their parts in "Breath" while walking around or staying in one place. A white cloth can also be seen in several parts of the video, flying above the ground.

The MV ended showing the paintings again, but this time the cloth can be seen slowly appearing in the blank frame at the middle.

"Breath" is a song that expresses the feeling when we had a fateful encounter with someone and then it turns into love. And in the music video, the feeling of being overwhelmed by falling in love was shown in a variety of sounds such as whistling, creating a pleasant vibe for the listeners.

In other news, the music video for GOT7's "You Calling My Name" has reached 100 million views ahead of the release of "Breath."
