These 5 Female K-Pop Centers are Also Amazing Actresses

While there are many idols who turn into actresses, not all of them are able to pull off the career switch. These 5 K-pop centers, however, prove they are not only versatile idols but amazing actresses. Keep on reading to see who they are.

1. Suzy

Suzy, who debuted as the face of Miss A, is a representative idol-actress in the industry. She debuted as an idol in 2010 and made her acting debut the year after with a lead role in the high teen drama "Dream High," which aired on KBS2. Since then, Suzy has been acting in many dramas and movies, tackling lead roles and breaking the box office.

Despite her successful career as an actress, fans are hoping to see Suzy make a comeback as an idol once more. Her last activity with Miss A was back in 2017, and the group has already disbanded. Suzy's last musical release was in 2018. In 2020, she held an online concert to celebrate her 10th debut anniversary.

2. Girls' Generation's Yoona

Yoona debuted as the visual and center of Girls' Generation in 2007. The same year she debuted as an idol, Yoona started tackling acting roles. 4. f(x)'s Krystal

Krystal debuted as the visual and face of f(x) in 2009. A year after her idol debut, Krystal debuted as an actress in the sitcom "High Kick 3." She further solidified herself as an actress following her role in "The Heirs."

Though f(x) boasted a solid fandom, the group has not been active since 2016, and all the members have left SM Entertainment, except for Victoria, whose activities in South Korea are still being managed by the company. Yet, as the group has not officially disbanded, people are still hoping for a comeback.
