BLACKPINK Rosé is the only Korean artist to participate in Apple Music's playlist creation in line with the celebration of "International Women's Day"!
The main vocalist of "Biggest girl group in the world," BLACKPINK Rosé was the only Korean artist to participate in the playlist theme exclusively organized by Apple Music on the occasion of "World Women's Day."
On March 8, the occasion to honor women was simultaneously celebrated around the world, and so Apple Music participated by launching a playlist titled "Visionary Women." Various global female artists, including Ariana Grande, Cardi B, and Kara Delevingne joined in the event, as well as Rosé, who is about to empower women with her solo debut.

BLACKPINK Rosé Includes Group and Co-Member Jennie's Tracks + American Singer Sza's "Good Days"
Apple Music dedicated a "Visionary Women" playlist for Rosé, wherein she recommended 25 songs that were personally picked by her.
Indeed, the top-tier vocalist has incredible music taste, as she included Amy Winehouse's "Love is a Losing Game," Tom Misch "Movie," Jorja Smith's "Blue Lights" and "The One," Daniel Caesar's "Get You," Mae Muller's "So Annoying," and many more. (Click HERE for full playlist)
"It's the saddest song in the world," Rosé described "Love is a Losing Game."
She added, "It's also the charm of the song to sing honest and transparent emotions. We can all feel the same feelings as Amy, and I think that's why she's being loved a lot."
In addition to this, she included BLACKPINK's hits as well, like "Whistle," "Lovesick Girls," and "DDU-DU-DDU-DU." Further, she included Jennie's debut track, "SOLO."
Rosé also selected Sza's "Good Days," the American singer who selected BLACKPINK as among artists the latter wants to collaborate with.

BLACKPINK Selected as "Women That Have Made an Impact in the Global Entertainment"
BLACKPINK was selected as one of the 54 "Women That Have Made an Impact in the Global Entertainment" by Variety, a U.S. media, recently selected ahead of "World Women's Day."
Meanwhile, Rosé will release her debut solo single album "R," which includes her title track, "On The Ground."
The album and the MV are set to kick off at midnight (EST) and 2:00 p.m. (KST) on March 12. Expectations from global music fans intensify as the music video teaser for her title song has been released.
