BTS, BLACKPINK, TWICE & More: These Korean Artists Have Songs With Over 100 Million Streams on Spotify

With K-pop continuously dominating the world with spectacular songs sung by phenomenal groups, more and more people listen to releases under the genre, and some would even play the tracks multiple times. One of the most popular platforms where K-pop songs are being streamed is Spotify, which has more than 300 million users, so it's no surprise that K-pop singles gain millions of streams.

BTS Has the Most Songs with over 100 Million Streams

World-famous K-pop boy group BTS has taken the top of the list with a total of 57 songs hitting 100 million streams on the audio streaming platform, including the members' solo tracks. The septet is the first group in history to have more than 50 songs to reach the said number of streams on Spotify.

"Mikrokosmos," "Black Swan," "Stay Gold," "I'm Fine," "Outro: Tear," "We Are Bulletproof: The Eternal," "Dimple," "My Time," "Fake Love," "Love Maze," "Filter," "Serendipity," "DNA," "Boy With Luv," "Life Goes On," "ON," and "Dynamite" are just a few of the BTS songs to reach and surpass 100 million streams on Spotify.

Not to mention, "Dynamite" is the fastest song by a group to hit 100 million streams on the platform. It reached the milestone for only 15 days since it was dropped on Aug. 21, 2020. Meanwhile, "Boy With Luv" featuring Halsey is the second-fastest K-pop song to achieve the feat - it took just 26 days.

In addition, BTS has the highest monthly listeners on Spotify. The boy group currently has 25,957,425 people listening to their songs.

BLACKPINK, TWICE, RED VELVE, EXO, & ITZY Have 2 or More Songs with over 100 Million Streams

The K-pop group with the second-most songs with more than 100 million streams on Spotify is BLACKPINK. Lisa, Jisoo, Rose, and Jennie have a total of 14 songs. The quartet also comes second with the highest monthly listeners, having 16.1 million Spotify listeners.

Some of BLACKPINK's songs with over 100 million streams on Spotify are "DDU-DU DDU-DU," "Pretty Savage," "As If It's Your Last," "How You Like That," "Ice Cream" featuring Selena Gomez, "Kill This Love," and "Lovesick Girls." BLACKPINK's "How You Like That" is the third-fastest K-pop song to hit the mark - it took only 29 days.

TWICE is No. 3 on the list with eight songs. The nine-member girl group also has the third-highest monthly listeners on Spotify, having 6.2 million listeners. "Likey," "Feel Special," "Fancy," "More & More," and "I CAN'T STOP ME" are some of the group's songs with over 100 million streams. "Fancy" was TWICE's first single to obtain the mark - it took 245 days.

Sitting at No. 4 is RED VELVET and EXO; both groups have three tracks surpassing 100 million streams on Spotify. Additionally, RED VELVET has the fifth-highest monthly listeners - the quartet has 4.8 million listeners. These songs are "Psycho," "Bad Boy," and "Pee-A-Boo" by RED VELVET, and "Love Shot," "Monster," and "Ko Ko Bop" by EXO.

And ranking at No. 5 is ITZY with two songs: "WANNABE" and "DALLA DALLA."
