BLACKPINK Jennie Joins Lily-Rose Depp and Margot Robbie as Cover Models for 'The Chanel Book'

BLACKPINK Jennie, along with global stars Lily-Rose Depp and Margot Robbie flaunted their relentless beauty on VMagazine's "The Chanel Book."

On April 2, Chanel's brand ambassador Jennie of the K-pop group BLACKPINK shared the good news on her personal Instagram account.

In the post, the main rapper idol was revealed to be one of the three cover models for VMagazine's "The Chanel Book," a limited edition book featuring everything about the luxury brand.

Along with the news, Jennie also posted her photo on the cover of the magazine, gaining massive responses from fans.

In particular, the female star Jennie posted photos and videos on her SNS account, teasing K-pop enthusiasts with her incredible news.

Along these, she also wrote a caption, "So happy to be one of three covers for The Chanel Book, created by VMagazine and (photographers) Inez and Vinoodh--- in partnership with Chanel!"

The BLACKPINK member added, "With intimate portraits and thoughtful reflections featuring a diverse group of subjects, the magic of CHANEL is captured in the pages of this timeless, limited-edition book!"

Wearing Chanel Spring-Summer 2021 Ready-to-wear Collection, Jennie showed off her trendy visual in a black and white effect, not to mention that the photo was revealed to be taken through a phone camera!

In the photo, Jennie lowered her side hair and directed pigtails. Wearing a halter neck pattern dress, the global fashion icon created a dreamy atmosphere with long eyeliner and thin eyebrows. The idol also proved her global supremacy as international stars including Lily Collins commented on InezandVinoodh's post, praising her stunning beauty.

Along with this, Jennie also shared a video showing the teaser of how the cover looks, along with the link of where and how to purchase the magazine.

Meanwhile, Jennie was selected as one of the three Chanel book cover models together with Chanel's muse Lily-Rose Depp and Hollywood actor Margot Robbie.

Jennie is not only the visual and main rapper of BLACKPINK as her influence in the fashion and advertising world is truly massive as well.

Currently, Jennie runs a personal YouTube channel called "Jennierubyjane Official" and has about 6.06 million subscribers with only three uploaded videos. She is now the second most subscribed personal YouTube channel of a K-pop idol, trailing behind BLACKPINK Lisa with 6.47 million subscribers.

On April 2, the securities and liquor industries said that the market share is on the rise for the first time since Jennie was used as a model. Lee Young Goo, CEO of Lotte Chilsung, recently gave meaning to the recovery of soju share at the regular shareholders' meeting, saying,

"The market share increased to 19% and retreated to 13%, but now it has recovered to 14-15%." The liquor business is indeed in a difficult situation, but it is clear that there are no plans for restructuring. Currently, its market share in soju is 14.5 percent, and its goal is 17 percent.

This increase was recorded when Jennie was selected as Lotte Chilsung's "Chumchurum" Soju, the brand that only top stars can endorse including Shin Minah, Lee Hyori, and Bae Suzy.
