Recently, on STAYC's official fan cafe, it was revealed that the rookie girl group member was locked inside a convenience store!
While talking about the incident on Naver NOW, J said, "I recently went to the convenience store to buy rice. When I finished shopping and went to the cashier, the owner wasn't there."
As it turned out, the clerk managing the convenience store didn't know J was in the store and locked the place up to go to the bathroom.

Eventually, the J was locked inside the convenience store for about fifteen minutes until the clerk finally returned and rescued STAYC's vocalist and rapper.
The pictures of J locked inside the convenience store was later posted by the group's manager on their official fan cafe.

In the photos, STAYC's maknae can be seen looking outside by the door, waiting for the clerk to return and rescue her from this predicament while somehow looking hilariously sad.
Fans who found out about J's hilarious story responded greatly and left many reactions and comments, saying J looked like a cat waiting for their owner's return and how embarrassing the situation must have been.

STAYC Tests Negative for COVID-19
STAYC recently took a test and came out negative for COVID-19.
On April 22, STAYC's agency, High Up Entertainment, revealed that the group would be halting their activities to take a test for COVID-19 after comedian and actor Kwon Hyuk Soo tested positive.
Although the group did not directly have contact with the actor nor cross paths, High Up Entertainment had the group take a test as a safety measure after guesting on the same program as the actor one day later.
On April 23, High Up Entertainment released a statement saying that the STAYC members tested negative for COVID-19 and would immediately return to their scheduled activities.
