According to an exclusive report made by the Korean media outlet, Tenasia, on July 15 KST, BTS' RM's cousin and professional mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter, Seo Ji Yeon, has been countersued for false charges of sexual assault by her former gym manager.

According to the report, the countersuit came following Seo Ji Yeon accusing Mr. A of committing sexual assault and filing a lawsuit against him right after. Seo Ji Yeon was reportedly close with Mr. A in the past.

A police investigation was then conducted. However, as a result of the police investigation, Mr. A was declared not guilty of Seo Ji Yeon's accusations and was acquitted of the charges.

After his acquittal, Mr. A then filed a lawsuit against Seo Ji Yeon for the damages and his innocence.
