AiMan China Index determines who makes the charts based on the number of active followers that month.
In addition, the platform reflects the number of internet users who mention the specific artist on internet platforms, such as China's Weibo.
10. BLACKPINK Rosé
BLACKPINK Rosé ranked No. 10 this month and is one of the two BLACKPINK members and female idols to make the top ten. The "On The Ground" songstress ranked at 10th place with 66,001 active followers for that month.

9. NCT Mark
NCT and SuperM member Mark ranked ninth this month and is one of the four NCT members to rank in the top ten. According to AiMan China Index, Mark had a total of 69,876 active followers for July 2021.

8. NCT Haechan
NCT member Haechan also ranked in the top ten, sitting at the eighth place this month. The "Hot Sauce" singer had reportedly had 70,181 active followers in July 2021.

7. NCT Jisung
NCT's main dancer, maknae Jisung, also made it to the top ten, ranking at number seven. According to AiMan China Index, the "We Go Up" rapper and dancer had a total of 73,450 active followers in July 2021.
6. BLACKPINK Jennie
BLACKPINK member Jennie ranked in sixth place this month, making her the second BLACKPINK member at the top ten and the highest-ranking female idol on the list. The "SOLO" singer ranked at sixth place with 84,966 active followers in July 2021.

5. BTS V
BTS member V enters the top ten at rank number five, making him one of the two BTS members to join the top five. In addition, this BTS member reportedly had 107,653 active followers on Chinese social media accounts in July 2021.

4. NCT Jaemin
The final NCT member to make the top ten is Jaemin, making him the most popular NCT member in China for July 2021. Ranking at number four, Jaemin had a total of 117.473 active followers last month.
3. BTS Jungkook
BTS's golden maknae Jungkook entered the top five at rank three, making him the most popular BTS member in China for July 2021. According to AiMan China Index, Jungkook had a total of 125,891 active followers last month.

2. EXO Baekhyun
Baekhyun is the second EXO member to make the top ten, sitting at number two. The "Bambi" singer snagged the runner-up spot with 147,071 active followers in July 2021.

1. EXO Chanyeol
Ranking at the top and snagging the title of "Most Popular K-Pop Idol in China for July 2021" is none other than EXO member Chanyeol.
"The Box" star reportedly had 177,348 active followers in July 2021, according to AiMan China Index.
