Justin Bieber Speeds Recklessly In Ferrari: Tyler, The Creator, Wasn’t Driving, Two Eyewitnesses Tell Police, Including One Neighbor Who Chased Bieber On Foot In His Socks

Justin Bieber was in the driver's seat while recklessly speeding on Memorial Day, not Tyler, the Creator, two eyewitnesses told the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, according to TMZ.

One of the eyewitnesses was Justin Bieber's neighbor, who chased the teen star down on foot in his socks.

While Tyler, the Creator, claimed responsibility for the speeding incident and confessed that he was in the driver's seat after Justin Bieber's security officials told police they have footage of them pulling up to the house, Sheriff's investigators still aren't convinced of their claims.

Football star Keyshawn Johnson accused Justin Bieber of using a trick to avoid being arrested for reckless driving, according to TMZ.

After being asked why he was seen sitting in the driver's seat, Justin Bieber said he wasn't driving while the speeding incident occurred and got into the driver's seat in the driveway to park the car into the garage, TMZ reports.

"You got a 19-year-old kid...feeling entitled...speeding up and down the highway...that's why all the neighbors is mad. You can't do that," Johnson told TMZ.

"Look man, I know the difference between a black kid driving a car and white kid driving a car."

Justin Bieber's security officials have yet to send the surveillance tape, where Tyler, the Creator, is allegedly shown driving the car, to the Sheriff's department.

Ongoing investigations probing the possibility of Justin Bieber as the driver will be referred to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office once they are complete, TMZ also reports.
