John Travolta Crashes Young Couple's Nuptials, Not The First Crash For The Actor

Legendary actor John Travolta made a young Georgia couple's wedding day an event to remember by all. A night after meeting the betrothed duo in a bar, Travolta showed up at the actual nuptials to wish them well.

A friend of the groom shared the fun sighting on social media site Reddit,  where he posted a photo of the groom and Travolta and wrote, "My friend ran into John Travolta the night before his wedding, and he shows up the next day," as the caption.

Travolta stuck out from the rest of the wedding party wearing a black t-shirt and jeans.

The "Grease" star didn't merely pose for a snap shot with the newlyweds, he joined the entire wedding party for a group picture as well.

Travolta's rep has yet to comment on what inspired the actor to make the surprise appearance.

According to Travolta, this wouldn't be his first time crashing a wedding. Both he and legendary actor and comedian Robin Williams spoke to USA Today  a few years ago about pulling such a stunt in 1977, before either of them were the legends they are today.

"We were having fun, starting to relax [at a restaurant near Travolta's home in Santa Barbara, Calif], when we saw there was a wedding next door," Travolta said.

"We figured we'd crash it."

Williams added, "They figured out who we were. Some guy yelled out, 'Hey, they really are Mork and Vinnie Barbarino!'"
