Sims 4 News 2014: Latest Installment For ‘The Sims’ Will Not Join Upcoming E3 Event, Fans Disappointed

Contrary to the Sims 4 news 2014 that came out recently, the forthcoming version of Maxis' and EA's most popular simulation game will not be included in the E3 event.

Charlie Sinhaseni, Maxis PR Manager, with Twitter handler, @Charlie_Sin posted a tweet on the micro-blogging site saying, "mer@SimsDomination that was posted in error and they've removed it from the site. No E3 for us, but some fun stuff coming over the summer."

Because of this disappointing Sims 4 news 2014, there are twitter fans who expressed their lackadaisical attitude to the upcoming gaming E3 gaming conference.

Twitter user, @Simmerrr4Life shared a tweet, "@CurtisParadis I wasn't interested in E3 since they said no Sims 4" which he continued with a side note about another game, "But the southpark game?:o now im interested again xD"

However, even though Sinhaseni revealed that Sims 4 would not be part of E3, he included in the tweet that there will be fun things to anticipate this summer. Even if there is no confirmation that the 'fun stuff' will have to do with Sims 4 news 2014, it would not hurt to save the dates hinted by the Maxis PR Manager, which are June 18 and July 9.

Sims 4 release is confirmed as sometime next year, and from the initial press release made for the announcement of the game, developers said that the latest Sims version they will release will go back to its 'roots' - meaning EA and Maxis will focus more on improving the richness of Sims interaction. Additional Sims 4 news revealed that the game will be a single player game and will not be requiring any online connection.
