Hello, this is Woollim Entertainment.

This is our official position on the expiration of Lovelyz's exclusive contract.

The exclusive contract between us and the group Lovelyz members will expire on November 16, 2021. After a long period of in-depth discussion and deliberation, the seven members of Lovelyz (Yoo Ji-ae, Seo Ji-soo, Lee Mi-joo, Kei, JIN, Ryu Su-jeong, and Jeong Ye-in) decided to prepare for a new start in a new place, and we to respect and support.

Among the Lovelyz members, Baby Soul re-signed a new contract based on the trust they have accumulated over a long period of time. We ask that you continue to send lots of encouragement and support to the Lovelyz members who are at the new starting line, and sincerely thank you for your warm love and warm interest in Lovelyz over the past seven years.
