Rihanna and Chris Brown may be over, but the former couple can't seem to escape each other's world, with both sides using music to move on with their lives.

In addition to globetrotting for her Diamonds world tour, the songstress also ignited fans by lending her vocals to a remix of Wale's single "Bad."

Even though the 25-year-old Barbadian is far from Chris Brown's sphere of influence, the singer still can't help but tweet the occasional alleged jab on Twitter.

Meanwhile, Rihanna's former counterpart has been busy preparing his next album, "X," while reportedly running into snags along the way.

The album is now set for a July 26 release.

In addition to finishing his album and getting back with ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran, the 24-year-old also released a remix of his own of Mario's song "Somebody Else."

It seems the only link between Rihanna and Chris Brown now are Twitter and music.
