On December 14, a lineup of recently planned Mnet programs for the upcoming year has become a hot topic on different online communities.

Mnet is now planning to launch programs along with "Queendom" Season 2, "Street Man Fighter" a sequel of "Street Woman Fighter" and "Show Me The Money 11" which is the sequel of "Show Me The Money 10."

The lineup shows that "Queendom" season 2 will be aired some time in March 2022. Meanwhile, "Street Man Fighter" and "Show Me The Money 11" will air in the half of 2022.

As of now, many netizens are speculating which girl group will appear as contestants on the season 2 of "Queendom." The names that surfaced were Dream Catcher, Weki Meki, and LOONA.

'Queendom' Season 2 To Be Aired in March 2022

Mnet revealed on December 14 that season 2 of "Queendom" will be broadcast next year.
"Queendom is a full-fledged girl group comeback survival program. It has drawn a huge sensation as soon as it debuted in 2019.

AOA, (G)I-DLE, Lovelyz, MAMAMOO, Oh My Girl, and Park Bom all participated to show off a new charm and passion that has not been witnessed before. Moreover, it earned a reputation for its re-evaluation of the artists.

Mnet Reveals Sequel to 'Girls Planet 999,' 'Boys Planet 999'

During the "2021 Mnet Asian Music Awards," Mnet teased about the sequel of "Girls Planet 999" program. "Boys Planet" is the male counterpart of "Girls Planet 999."

As of now, there are no further details about the show yet. But the netizens are assuming that the show will feature boys in the same range as the girls' version. Moreover, the show is speculated to feature talents coming from Korea, Japan, and China.

The announcement for the audition says that unlike the girls' version, "Boys Planet" will not include the idols who belong to any entertainment agencies. Moreover, it has been emphasized that applicants should choose two out of five major categories for the audition: vocal, dance, rap, acting, and producing.
