Lil' Kim premiered her new face at a Hot 97 event in New Jersey on Sunday. During her performance she looked a bit different than she used to during her prime with B.I.G.G.I.E Smalls and the Bad Boy crew.

A couple months ago, when Lil Kim first started walking around West Hollywood and was snapped by paparazzi post plastic surgery, she came under some scrutiny for the change appearance.

Celebrity plastic surgeon, Dr. Anthony Youn, told Radar Online at the time, "Her face appears contoured and has a waxy sheen. It appears that she's undergone injection of fillers as well."

Kim has fired back though, saying on Twitter back in March, "Years & years they have been photoshopping pics of me & sabotaging my image. I'm not putting up with that sh-t no more. All they have been proving is im THAT b-tch with or without an album out & they always want to attack & bring down the real ones. Today was the last straw."

Here are four more celebrities that have pretty obviously gone under the knife or at least changed their face, hair, skin, countenance in some dramatic fashion.

Carrott Top has been annoying comedians with his prop gags for what seems like decades, but he's also doing a ton of work on his face, and he pumps iron so much, steroids are always a threat. But just look at how much his face has changed over the years.

Less obvious is Garden State director and star, Zach Braff. The former Scrubs actor has had an imperceptible change in his nose from earlier in his career. You'd have to see the 38-year-old actor in profile to notice.

This former Desperate Housewives alum has definitely done some work to her face. Hollywood craves a younger look and after after hitched her wagon to Lois and Clark with Dean Martin, it's pretty obvious she's changed her appearance with more synthetic means.

Possibly the grand-daddy of them all, since we all gasped when we saw her on the Lifetime TV Movie: Dick and Jane where she played titular Hollywood icon, Elizabeth Taylor and we all worried that Lohan had already befallen the former screen legend before she even turned 30.

Heaven help Hollywood. Whether it's Lil' Kim or Carrot Top or many many others, they're all suffering under the scalpel.
