BTS V turned 26 years old (27 in Korean age) today, Dec. 30, and birthday greetings for him started coming in since the clock stroke at midnight KST. Besides from ARMYs, V's bandmates and close friend Lizzo gave him sweet birthday tributes on Twitter.

On Twitter, some BTS members like RM, Jimin and J-Hope posted several never-before-seen photos of V (real name Kim Taehyung) on their group Twitter account. Their tweets included the same caption that says, "My love. Happy birthday bro," along with the hashtag "#태형생일ᄎᄏ."
J-Hope also used his personal Instagram account to greet V on his 26th birthday. He posted several photos on his Story, which the birthday boy reposted on his own Instagram account, which currently holds two Guinness World Records.

Besides the BTS members, American singer-songwriter Lizzo took to Twitter to send his birthday greeting to V. She shared a fan-made artwork of her and V and wrote, "#HAPPYVDAY, somebody made this and it's soooo cute! Happy bday V."
The original picture of the two was taken at Harry Styles' concert in Los Angeles in November. At the time, the American star met up with the K-pop boy group at Inglewood's The Forum.
ARMYs Organize Massive Projects to Celebrate BTS V's 26th Birthday
Like every other year, ARMYs set up various birthday projects for their beloved idol and this year, they have something new for BTS V. Kim Taehyung will get two radio support for his birthday. The idol's Chinese fan club, China Baidu VBar, was the one that arranged these two birthday projects.
Today, Dec. 30, his hit Christmas song "Snow Flower" will be played several times on Capital FM, which is the most popular radio station in the United Kingdom that reaches the biggest population of young people in the country. BTS V is set to be the very first K-pop idol to have his song played on UK's Capital FM.

The second radio support will be in South Korea. The project will cover five radio channels with the largest population of listeners. Fourteen different programs will broadcast his birthday ad on Dec. 30, including KBS, SBS, MBC, YTN and CBS.
What makes Korean radio support more meaningful is that "Squid Game" voice actor Jeon Young Soo will participate in BTS V's ad. For starters, Jeon played the game manager in the global hit Netflix series.

In addition to this, China Baidu VBar organized a birthday project for BTS V on the world's tallest building, Burj Khalifa. This is the second consecutive year that Kim Taehyung will be featured on the renowned building for his birthday, but this time his classic song "Inner Child" will be played during the show.
With this, V becomes the first and only K-pop idol in history to have a birthday project on the Burj Khalifa for two years in a row.
Further, some ARMYs are donating to charities, building schools, adopting tigers, planting trees and more to celebrate BTS V's 26th birthday.
