In regards to marriage, Super Junior Heechul is particularly drawing attention due to his changing views about getting married.

In May last year, the "Sorry Sorry" singer said that he's planning to get married in his 40s. However, in August 2021, the male idol then confessed that he's actually not ready to tie the knot, due to worries that he might not become truly happy. He talked about this just a month following his break up with TWICE Momo in July last year, after dating half and a year since 2020.

In particular, Super Junior and Momo became one of the biggest news at that time due to their big age gap. Initially, Heechul hinted at his admiration for Momo since her debut in 2016 and attracted attention for their cute moments together a couple of times on broadcast. In January, they confirmed their relationship. But a year and a half after, the two decided to break up and decided to maintain their relationship as senior-junior.

Meanwhile, in December 2021, Heechul attested to his views of not settling down with a woman and shared his desire to live alone with his dog, Gibok.

However, on Jan. 24 this year, the male star suddenly had a change of heart and hinted at his fans that he could be seeing someone currently after his claims that he plans to get married in 2023, once COVID-19 ended.
