Currently, a post on Weibo is gaining attention as the netizen shared that Yugyeom's mom mentioned when the idol would be returning to the music scene.

On Feb. 1, a Chinese GOT7 fan posted on Weibo to share their experience in visiting Yugyeom's family restaurant called "Steak Box." The fan also included several photos of the meal they ordered and the K-pop group's merchandise displayed inside the establishment.

In the post, the Chinese Ahgase shared that they met GOT7 Yugyeom's mom at the restaurant and got the chance to chat with her during their visit. She described the idol's mom as a gentle person and revealed that she gives photocards as a gift for every fan who stops by the restaurant.

What caught the attention of people the most is the part where the fan said when Yugyeom's comeback will be. As per his mom, the GOT7 member will release new music in March.

This is not the first time Yugyeom's mom spoiled his comeback. Last year, she spoiled the release date of Yugyeom's first solo album "Point of View: U."

In a post, a fan shared that Yugyeom's mom told them that a song will come out on June 17, which is when the male idol dropped his first solo EP. While BamBam is the spoiler king in GOT7, Yugyeom's mom is definitely the spoiler queen of his son's comebacks.

If GOT7 Yugyeom's comeback in March will later be confirmed, it will be his first comeback as a soloist since his solo debut in June.

GOT7 Yugyeom Makes Solo Debut in 7 Years with Solo Album "Point of View: U"

After his exclusive contract with JYP Entertainment ended in January 2021, GOT7 Yugyeom signed with AOMG, a label Jay Park founded.

In June of last year, Yugyeom had two releases, a pre-release single and his first solo EP. His pre-release track "I Want U Around" featuring his labelmate DeVita was dropped on June 11, while his first solo EP "Point of View: U" came out on June 17.

Yugyeom's solo album "Point of View: U" contains a total of seven songs, five of which were produced by Gray and two were produced by Cha Cha Malone. It includes the title track "All Your Fault" featuring Gray and the pre-release song "I Want U Around."

"Point of View: U" sold a total of 21,011 copies on the Hanteo Chart in the first week, while it sold 38,813 copies on the Gaon Chart for the entire month of June.

Regarding its chart entries, Yugyeom's solo album debuted at No. 1 on both the Worldwide iTunes Album Chart and European iTunes Album Chart. The title song "All Your Fault" also entered both charts at No. 6 and No. 18, respectively.

In South Korea, GOT7 Yugyeom's "All Your Fault" (feat. Gray) debuted at No. 4 on Genie, No. 64 on Bugs and No. 90 on MelOn's R&B/Soul chart.
