TWICE Cancels Tour Promotions, JYP Entertainment Releases Statement
On Tuesday, Feb. 15, JYP Entertainment released a statement explaining its decision to cancel promotions and meet and greets.
They said that they had to cancel these types of events due to the rising cases of COVID-19 in the United States.
The agency added that there's a need to cancel the promotions to ensure that the tour itself will push through with TWICE staff and members all healthy and virus-free.
TWICE US tour will commence today until Wednesday, Feb. 16 at The Forum in Los Angeles. They will also perform in other venues in and around the United States.
In April, TWICE will go on a tour of Japan and their shows will take place at the Tokyo Dome.
TWICE Announces Tour Schedule
In November 2021, TWICE announced their tour schedule for their "4th World Tour 'III'".
The first leg of their tour took place in Korea before heading to the United States
In December, JYP Entertainment also announced the cancelation of TWICE promotions and meet and greets for everyone's safety.

In June 2021, TWICE sat down for an interview with Billboard where they shared some interesting facts about themselves.
They were asked what their first piece of music was and Jeongyeon said that her was a vinyl of Charlie Puth's album, "Nine Track Mind."
Momo said that hers was a CD of a Japanese artist, but she couldn't remember exactly because it's been years.
When it comes to the first concert that they saw, Dahyun said that she attended a Wonder Girls show after becoming a trainee at JYP Entertainment in 2012.
Jeongyeon said that she went to PSY's concert. She managed to score a ticket to the event because one of PSY's dancers was her teacher.
TWICE also talked about the artist that they idolized while growing up.

Sana said that she grew up listening to Michael Jackson and Ne-Yo.
Chaeyoung was more of a Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, and Wonder Girls fan.
TWICE was also asked about their bucket list and goals.
Jihyo said that her dream is for the entire world to know who TWICE is. She also hopes that their music brings happiness to their fans.
Nayeon said that her dream is to host a concert with ONCE from all over the world. For now, this may work as an online concert but she hopes that it can one day become an in-person show.
TWICE is made up of Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu.
Some of their most famous songs include "Do It Again," "Must Be Crazy," "Truth," "Candy Boy," "Like a Fool," "Cheer Up," "Precious Love," "Next Page," "One in a Million," and more.
