On February 19, JYP Entertainment dropped a highlight medley for NMIXX's debut album, "AD MARE." The video which teases the soon-to-debut girl group's upcoming tracks was uploaded on their official SNS channel at midnight KST.

As soon as the video was released, the group received favorable responses, not only for their unconventional tracks, visuals, but their singing prowess.

However, this particular member captivated attention the most.

NMIXX Lily Praised for Vocals – Is She K-pop's Next Top Vocalist?

In the video, the album's title track, "O.O.," was introduced combining the voices of the seven members. It is a song that is a mix of the unconventional Baile Funk genre and Teenage Pop Rock genre as the intro of the intense trap catches the ears of K-pop fans from the start.

NMIXX expressed their determination to aim the music scene with their unconventional sound and passionate lyrics.

Following "O.O," the single album's b-sidetrack, "TANK" which was initially used in the trailer video "[NMIXX] Debut Trailer" released on January 28 raised more attention.

In particular, the track intrigued listeners with its intense sound, but among the members, Lily is the "main character" for this song.

The song "TANK" features Lily's unique tone and explosive high notes, showcasing her confidence and excellent skills.

Even before the announcement of NMIXX debut, Lily, also known as Lily M, was first known as a famous trainee who trained under JYP for six years. She participated in K-pop Star Season 4 and was recognized for her top vocal abilities.

After winning fourth place, she signed a contract with the company.
