Look Back at Huh Chanmi's Career
Huh Chanmi debuted as an idol in 2010 as the main vocalist of the group Coed School. In 2011, she debuted in Coed School's all-female sub-unit, F-ve Dolls. She remained with both groups until 2012. After only two years as an idol, she left the group and the agency, Core Content Media.

In 2016, Huh Chanmi gained fame as a contestant on "Produce 101" where she represented Duble Kick Entertainment. There, it was revealed she trained in SM Entertainment in 2010 and was initially trained to debut in Girls' Generation but ultimately did not make the line-up due to her age. During "Produce 101," she ranked in the final 35 and was eliminated in episode ten and 26th place.
Many had expected her to debut in Duble Kick's (now known as MLD Entertainment) new girl group. However, when the company launched "Finding MOMOLAND," many were shocked Chanmi was not included in the line-up. It was revealed that she was preparing to debut in a different girl group at the time.
In November 2016, Chanmi featured in MC Mong's "And You." The track also featured New-A, who would later debut in High Color with Chanmi under Mostable Music.
In 2016, she debuted in the four-member group High Color. The following year, she competed on "MIXNINE" and was eliminated in the 13th episode with her final rank at 20th place. After the show ended, she left High Color.

In 2020, Huh Chanmi made her solo debut on July 23, 2020, with the single album "HIGHLIGHT" and its lead single, "Lights."

Huh Chanmi's Recent Activities
Huh Chanmi's last musical release is her trot album, "CHANMI's TROT:Hauendae Beach," on June 22, 2021.
From 2020 to 2021, Chanmi competed on "Miss Trot 2." During the show, she released several songs and ultimately ranked in 11th place.

Her most recent variety show appearance was on March 6, 2022. Huh Chanmi competed on episode 345 of "The King of Masked Singer." She performed under the alias "New Student" and was ultimately eliminated in the second round of the episode. She has previously competed on episode 345, which aired on February 27, 2022.
The idol continues to make several show appearances. In February 2022, she made an appearance on KBS's "Morning Madang."
