NCT Jaehyun Doesn't Communicate With Fans Often? Here's the Reason for Complaints
On April 26, Korean media outlet Top Star News reported on how some NCTzens (NCT fandom,) started complaining about NCT Jaehyun.
The complaints were uploaded on a web forum, where the online user who claimed to be an NCTzen posted an article, titled "NCT Jaehyun's Bubble of the Month."
In context, "Bubble" is a paid message platform under Lysn that features a function that allows artists and fans to communicate directly via a private chatroom. The artist's messages will be viewable for all, while the user can only see their messages, giving the experience they are talking to their idols.
This is already being used by many artists such as JYP, FNC, and Jellyfish, starting with artists belonging to SM Entertainment including NCT Jaehyun.

In regard to this, the fan expressed their frustration and wrote:
"He came once (for a month) One picture. As I read the bubble I sent again, I got a little bit confused. I have nothing to say because I like Jaehyun, but it's ambiguous to rationalize him as he was originally like this. Should we stop the bubble?"
In response, some NCTzens agreed with the writer, conveying how disappointed they are that they subscribed to Jaehyun's bubble with the intention of becoming closer, but the male idol would only visit the platform once.
As a lot of fans are still students, they deliberate if paying for the feature is worth it.
Another Jaehyun fan who read the article said:
"I stopped subscribing in the past and started subscribing to the bubble again in July last year, but I have received 13 messages in the meantime. Does this make sense?"
As the issue spread even to non-fan, some seemed to be aware of this complaints and commented:
"I think I've seen complaints before."
"(He) works hard on Instagram but (in) bubble (he) don't come."
"Don't he hate fans?"
"Sports players will send more than this."
On the flip side, other NCTzens particularly international fans defended Jaehyun and said:
"If you don't like it, you can quit subscribing."
"He's been working non-stop, what do you expect?"

Meanwhile, NCT is expected to contribute a lot to SM Entertainment's second-quarter sales.
Kiwoom Securities stated:
"In the second quarter, NCT 127's five dome concerts in three Japanese cities, Super Junior's Arena in April, and BoA Concert in May will greatly contribute to management performance. Considering the global artist's world tour pattern, NCT 127 will be able to expand normally in the second half."
"If NCT Dream's concert is confirmed in the second half of the year, it will add upgrade points to the fastest re-opening concert responsiveness of artists such as TVXQ, Super Junior, EXO, and SHINee."
In particular, NCT 127 will hold a dome tour five times in three cities, starting with Nagoya, Japan on May 22, Tokyo Dome, and Osaka Kyocera Dome in June.
