Following the release of Kim Garam's pre-debut photos as "proofs" of the idol being a school bully, a legal document was unveiled as additional evidence.
Kim Garam an Assailant? Document 'Proving' Idol's School Violence Released
On May 15, evidence of Kim Garam's school violence was posted on various online communities.
The evidence raised by a netizen is the "Notice of the Result of the School Violence Measures Committee." The paper states, "Law of School Violence and Protection, clarifying measures of Law 16 and 17 of the 2018-3."
The aforementioned law are to protect the victim, recognizing the intensity of the school violence.

In the paper, the online user revealed the victim's grade which stated, "First Grade, Class 3." Shockingly, the name of the perpetrator written in the notice was:
"First Grade, Class 3 XXX, Kim Garam."
As a result, Kim Garam, a member of the group LESSERAFIM, was once again embroiled in allegations of school violence.
Evidence of Kim Garam's School Bullying Controversy Draws Divided Opinions
As soon as the document spread on various social media platforms, it sparked discussion among netizens and K-pop fans.
Fans of Kim Garam defended her, saying:
"Kim Garam deserves justice."
"Are you really going that far to ruin someone's life?"
"HYBE do your thing."
"This is obviously fake."
However, more people think it could be true, given the testimonies adding strength to the allegation.
A netizen posted a photo of their retreat certification, saying:
"Kim Garam Gyeongin Middle School's first-year class 3 was right."
While there are suspicions that the document is not real, other internet users conveyed that the notice could be true since forging documents in Korea is a serious crime, especially if used for defamation.
"I don't think anyone will be willing to spread fake documents to ruin both their lives."

Meanwhile, on April 5, photos of Kim Garam's school days were posted on the online communities and allegations of school violence against Kim Garam were simultaneously raised. There are also screenshots of the "FEARLESS" singer allegedly showing profanity.
In response, its agency HYBE denied the allegations through third-party statements, saying that Kim Garam was actually the victim, and the proofs were edited maliciously.
HYBE then warned of legal action and said:
"We believe the allegations are malicious to undermine the artist who is about to debut, and we inform you that Source Music has launched legal action against unilateral and distorted claims or false information related to this case."
