The company further said that if fans purchased their tickets through a third party or reseller, they were advised to contact them directly for any refund requests. They explained that third-party resale sites/resellers aren't official sales channels, so they won't be able to assist fans with any issues with ticketing, refunds, and more. This is because there will be no record of the sale/purchase in the official ticketing systems.
