Taeyang in 2006 to 2021: Debut, Marriage With Min Hyo Rin, Military Service + Birth of Son

In 2006, YG Entertainment launched its new five-member group, originally comprised of G-Dragon, Taeyang, T.O.P, Daesung, and former member Seungri.
BIGBANG soon shone as "The Kings of K-Pop." Among the members, Taeyang established his name in the music scene as the group's main vocalist
Later, he cemented his unique sound and genre by debuting as a solo artist in 2008 through his first mini-album, "HOT."
As the hereinafter four-member team continued their reign as a top-tier music act, the "Wedding Dress" singer confirmed his relationship with actress Min Hyo Rin in 2015. After seeing each other for about three years, they officially tied the knot in February 2018.
A month later that year, Taeyang started his military service as an active-duty soldier. He was discharged in 2019.
Since then, the male icon has rarely appeared in the K-pop scene. Fortunately, he occasionally communicates with fans through his SNS, particularly on Instagram.
Amid the singer's hiatus, the news that the couple was expecting a child was reported in September 2021. In December of the same year, Min Hyo Rin and Taeyang gave birth to a healthy son.

Where is BIGBANG Taeyang in 2022? Icon's Status After Becoming a Father
After about four years without a release, BIGBANG confirmed in February that they would be having their much-awaited return to the music scene with a new song.
Despite this, Taeyang remained elusive in the public. The group promoted their digital single, "Still Life" (which was released on April 5) without any music show appearance.
Their song, "Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter (Still Life)," is a song that implicitly expresses the thoughts and concerns of BIGBANG's past days, as well as the present and future.
Aside from his comeback teaser photos, the male singer would only post sceneries on his IG with Bible verses.
But on June 8, he finally posted a selfie, gaining massive attention.
On July 14, about a month after his post, Taeyang revealed one of his rare public appearances this 2022.
On his Instagram story, the "Eyes, Nose, Lips" singer released a photo with singer DPR Live and Big Naughty. He also shared a photo of him inside the self-photo booth at BTS J-Hope's "Jack In The Box" pre-listening party held at the HYBE office building
SOL caught the attention of fans, especially V.I.P (fandom), as he showed off an even cooler visual along with his speculated weight loss.
