The iconic MBC Chuseok special Idol Star Athletics Championship (ISAC) is well on its way and has been the talk of the town. It marks the first time the event was held following the COVID-19 pandemic, which put the star-studded event to a halt.
This year, ISAC 2022 is set to broadcast this coming Chuseok in September. Currently, MBC and the K-pop groups are currently filming for the fun idol event. Along with the different idols interacting and competing with each other, lucky fans also attend the venue during the filming to support their favorites.

With that, fans are also sharing highlights and fancam videos online, letting fans from around the world get a glimpse of what to expect this September.
In particular, ISAC has introduced a new event called Dance Sport, which used to be referred to as competitive ballroom dancing. This category is drawing interest from fans worldwide, as it features select idols taking on the challenge of competitive dancing and partnering up with professional dancers.
This year, the female participants for Dance Sport are NMIXX Sullyoon, Billlie Tsuki, Kwon Eunbi, and Kep1er Shen Xiaoting. The male participants are WEi Kim Donghan, DKZ Jaechan, P1Harmony Intak, and YOUNITE Eunsang.

Shen Xiaoting is drawing much attention and going viral for her incredible dance performance for the event.
On August 1, a fancam video of Shen Xiaoting and her performance with her partner is making waves on social media, racking up nearly 3 million views on Twitter.

In the video, Shen Xiaoting is drawing praise for her incredible performance, showing her unrivaled skills as she displays her fantastic grace, agility, coordination, and strength with her partner.
Shen Xiaoting Wins Gold for Dance Sport at ISAC 2022
With such a performance, it's not a surprise that the Kep1er member was able to bag the gold medal for Dance Sport and scored the highest among all the participants.
Among the females, Shen Xiaoting scored 29.2 points, followed by Tsuki in second place with 25.9 points. Kwon Eunbi placed third with 25.1 points, while Sullyoon got 22.8 points.
But for those who have been longtime fans of Shen Xiaoting, her win doesn't come as a surprise as she had been professionally doing Dance Sports before making her idol debut.
