YoonA Cried After Recording THIS B-side Song From SNSD's "FOREVER 1"- Here's Why
On the morning of Aug. 5, Girls' Generation held a press conference to commemorate the release of their seventh studio album, "FOREVER 1," at the InterContinental Seoul COEX Harmony Ballroom in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
During the event, the members took the time to introduce the songs in their new album. Yoona, in particular, introduced the B-side song "Lucky Like That," which was partially pre-released.

YoonA shared:
"I think it's the song where Girls' Generation's vocals and harmony stand out the most. The lyrics mean that if you wish for a long time, you'll be able to meet again one day."
She continued:
"As soon as I saw the lyrics, it reminded me of SONE. You can feel SNSD's energy in this song, which I know many people will like."
YoonA revealed that "Lucky Like That" is the first song from SNSD's "FOREVER 1" she recorded and that she was the last member to record her lines.
While doing so, she was listening to the other parts of the track recorded by her co-members- and this was the time she started crying.

"While listening to the parts recorded by the other members, hearing their voices after a long time made me cry," YoonA revealed.
She added that she wanted the fans to hear "Lucky Like That" as soon as possible.
Apart from "Lucky Like That," SNSD's "FOREVER 1" also contains the title track of the same name and eight other B-side songs. The album celebrates the girl group's 15th anniversary of their debut.

Regarding their return to the music scene, YoonA shared:
"Girls' Generation has prepared a lot for this comeback after a long time, so please look forward to it."
She added:
"I am grateful that many people are waiting for Girls' Generation's comeback. I think we were able to reunite and greet you with a good album because there are people who are waiting."
The digital version of "FOREVER 1" is set for release later today at 6 p.m. KST, along with the music video for the title song. The physical album will be out after three days.
Girls' Generation YoonA Praised for Looking More Beautiful & Healthier
In other news, Girls' Generation Yoona became a hot topic online after one netizen shared photos of the female idol and pointed out that she seemed to be at her heaviest weight since her debut.
In the past, YoonA showed signs of weight loss and appeared skinnier than ever, worrying fans about her health. She particularly lost a lot of weight in 2014 but has since regained weight and maintained a healthy figure.
