While there's nothing wrong about the presale announcement, SM Entertainment became the subject of ridicule as the staff managing the social media accounts mistakenly made the announcement on aespa's Twitter account.

SM Entertainment has been long known to make several mistakes on idol merchandise and promotional content. In fact, in August of last year, SM staff mistakenly posted Girls' Generation Hyoyeon's "Second" teasers on Red Velvet's Facebook page.
Because these careless mistakes keep on happening, the agency is now receiving heavy criticism. Some commented that SM staff should double check their work, while others said that SM Entertainment should hire more people to manage the social media accounts.
Below are some of the comments:
"Do their fire staff like that? There were a lot of mistakes during aespa's promotions too."
"I really wish they keep their minds sharp when they are working."
"They really need to double check their work."
"SM should just pick more people to manage the social media accounts."
"When will they not make mistakes?"
"They never change."
"That promotional content wasn't even uploaded to SHINee's account until way later."
