Crush Discharged From Military, To Perform At 2022 RESFFECT Festival

Crush is back from the military! The K-RnB solo artist will be discharged today, August 11, according to reports. He enlisted on November 12 of 2020 as a social service worker.

Crush is one of the Korean celebrities that chose to serve as a social service agent. This type of military service is for those that are not fit to serve the military. To be qualified as such, one needs to be mentally or physically limited in his capabilities.

Crush 1st Performance After Discharge

It was also stated in the reports that Crush will be performing alongside GRAY, LOCO, and GIRIBOY at the 2022 RESFFECT FESTIVAL at 88 Garden Olympic Park on August 28.

It will be his first official activity or event after his discharge. Fans have been waiting for him to perform the songs on his last album, and they are hoping it will be at this event.

The festival is a two-day event with different solo K-hiphop and R&B artists attending. Tickets to the festival are available for the first day and the second day on the Interpark ticket website.

Crush's Relationship With Red Velvet's Joy

It was announced in August 2021 that the Korean R&B artist is dating Red Velvet member Joy. The two started seeing each other after Crush featured the idol-actress in his song "Mayday."

The fans find it amazing that the two really did develop feelings for each other after they worked together. However, the celebrity lovers are private when it comes to their relationship since its revelation.

Crush in P.Nation

In 2019, Crush ended his exclusive contract with Amoeba Culture and signed with Psy's entertainment company, P.Nation. After that, he released a full album "From Midnight To Sunrise" with "Alone" and "With You" as the album's double title tracks.

Just like in his previous albums, he was hands-on with his work as he produced and wrote the whole album with a little bit of help.

"From Midnight To Sunrise" won R&B Album of the Year at the Korean Hip-hop Awards that year. The following year, before entering the military, Crush released his 4th studio album "With Her" featuring different artists.
