P NATION found PSY is currently touring around South Korea for his Summer Swag 2022 concert. With his amazing reputation when it comes to live performances, PSY's concerts are always one of the most-anticipated events ever year.
In addition, fans are also enjoying PSY's Splash Shows as part of his Summer Swag concerts, in which water cannons are used during the performance to spray water and entertain the audience.
However, PSY has been facing several criticisms with his Summer Swag concerts this year, given the drought in some regions in South Korea, as well as the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Some of the issues that his Summer Swag concerts have faced since its announcement include the use of too much drinkable water, the easy spreading of the COVID-19 virus, the rise of positive cases among attendees, and the passing away of a foreign worker. Now, PSY is once again facing criticism as a new issue arises.

Following his concert on August 6 at Yeosu, several complaints came in from its citizens. According to reports, more than 28,000 people attended PSY's Summer Swag concert held at the Jinnam Sports Complex. For this concert, a large stage fixture was installed to accommodate the "That That" singer's performance.
PSY's 'Summer Swag 2022' Draws Criticism as Damages to Venue Were Found
However, the floor was left with deep indentations after the fixture was removed, with the gravel being torn and dug into.
As the Jinnam Sports Complex is often used by Yeosu citizens, the damages caused by PSY's concert concerned many. As a result, complaints came in regarding the concert's organizers who failed to maintain and restore the venue's original state. They had also requested for the organizers to fix the sports complex.
Reportedly, discussions took place between the organizers and the sports complex's staff. However, it would take at least ten days for the restoration of the venue. Thus, citizens will not be able to use the grounds during that time.
