On August 29, a photo of BTS member V and BLACKPINK member Jennie standing side-by-side while posing affectionately in an elevator spread online. The picture shows the two both wearing white masks, black hats, and matching Winnie the Pooh shirts.
Once released, the photo sparked a frenzy on social media and various online community forums.

When the photo was first released, people believed it was the least believable among the images that were circulating of the two. People think that it was hard to determine if it was V and Jennie since their faces were covered.
Additionally, people found it hard to believe that world stars like Jennie and V would wear couple shirts in public.
However, many now believe that the photo is legit. Why? Because of the tiny mole on the arm of the woman believed to be Jennie in the image.
