CRAVITY's 'Party Rock' MV & 'NEW WAVE' Album Finally Out
On Sept. 27 at 6 p.m. KST, CRAVITY made their first comeback in six months since the second installment of their first studio album "Liberty: In Our Cosmos" arrived in March. The boy group dropped their fourth mini-album "NEW WAVE" alongside the music video for the title song "Party Rock."
CRAVITY's "NEW WAVE" talks about youth through a total of six songs. It expresses the emotions and senses of youth while displaying CRAVITY's unique style. It also represents the growing maturity of the group.

"NEW WAVE" is more meaningful as some of the members directly participated in the album production. Members Serim and Allen, who have been steadily taking part in penning lyrics and rap parts since their debut, showed off their musical abilities by writing lyrics for four out of the six songs.
In addition, this mini-album contains a self-composed song of one of the members, specifically Woobin. He took charge of the overall production of his first self-composed song "Colorful."
The active participation of the members helped complete the album full of CRAVITY's colors.

Regarding the songs in the mini-album, they are "Boogie Woogie," "PARTY ROCK," "New Addiction,' "AUTOMATIC," "Colorful," and "Knock Knock (Knock Knock)." "Boogie Woogie" was pre-released on Aug. 12.
"PARTY ROCK," in particular, is an exciting dance song in the pop/rock genre that combines funk and EDM elements. It is exploding with the positive energy of CRAVITY which is enough to make listeners dance the moment they hear it. The lyrics express the happiness of the moment we are together.
In CRAVITY's "PARTY ROCK" MV, the members- -take over convenience stores and hang out together until nighttime. The boys sing "We don't stop, we don't stop, we don't stop 'til the party's over. Just turn it up, heh, go dizzy, do it again."

CRAVITY to Appear on "Weekly Idol" Alongside NMIXX
In other news, CRAVITY is set to make a guest appearance on the MBC variety program "Weekly Idol," along with NMIXX. The filming for the episode featuring these two fourth-generation K-pop groups took place on Sept. 12.
CRAVITY is expected to perform their latest comeback song "PARTY ROCK," while NMIXX will perform their newest song "DICE."

Reportedly, the boy group will share unforgettable moments that took place abroad, as well as funny stories that happened between the members. The boys may also take part in the show's "Weekly Playlist" segment, where they would treat viewers to dance covers of various K-pop songs by other artists.
Last February, CRAVITY covered The Boyz's "THRILL RIDE," Girls' Generation's "Kissing You," Super M's "Tiger Inside," WJSN CHOCOME's "Super Yuppers!."
The "Weekly Idol" episode featuring CRAVITY and NMIXX is scheduled to air on MBC Every1 on Sept. 28 at 7:30 p.m. KST.
