But among the contestants, Yu Jun Won stood out for his background, personality, and skills.

Jun Won was first known in the music scene as a former HYBE trainee who initially joined "&Audition - The Howling." He almost joined the boy group &TEAM launched by HYBE Labels Japan, but he, unfortunately, fell out of the TOP 5 and finished the show in seventh place.

Through MBC, he revealed that his charm is his duality. While he's actually a shy person, he can change 180 degrees when on stage.

After failing to debut in &Team, he initially decided to give up but realized the warm support fans were giving him became his driving force to try once more.

Yu Jun Won selected G-Soul's "Hate Everything" and captivated producers with his pure and attractive tone. He also showed high-quality dance skills through a cover of TXT's "Blue Hour," settling in the first grade.

Another familiar face that captivated viewers' hearts is Kim Woo Seok, who expressed his desire to surpass his sister, who's also an idol.

When asked about his older sister, Woo Seok revealed that he's the younger brother of MAJORS Suzy.

During his stage, Kim showed off his bright version of H.O.T/NCT Dream's "Candy." Although he delivered his stage and showed his charms successfully, the mentors think that the song selection didn't fit him, leading him to join second grade.

Lastly, Hikaru, who was a former Japanese fencer, drew attention for his high-quality Korean-speaking skills. The trainee who then selected EXO's "The Eve" showed off his sexy and fatal beauty on top of his handsome physique.

At the end of Hikaru's stage, not only the viewers but the producers gave him rave reviews such as:

  • "It was a perfect stage like an idol among the stages I saw today."
  • "You have good diction that did not seem like a foreigner."

Accordingly, Hikaru settled in the first grade.
