On June 29, WM Entertainment announced that Oh My Girl will be having their comeback with a new album, scheduled for July.

Oh My Girl's upcoming comeback will be their first release after one year and four months, after having dropped "Real Love," their second full-length album. "Real Love" was released on March 28, 2022, at 6 p.m. KST, with its album and title track of the same name.

Oh My Girl is currently comprised of six members Arin, YooA, Mimi, Yubin, Seunghee, and Hyojung. Initially an eight-membered group, the female act became six after JinE left on October 30, 2017, due to health issues, and Jiho on May 9, 2022, due to contract expiration.

They debuted under WM Entertainment on April 20, 2015, with their first mini album "Oh My Girl" and its title track "Cupid."

This was followed by popular tracks such as "Closer," "Liar Liar," "Windy Day," "Remember Me," "The Fifth Season," "Bungee (Fall in Love)," "Dolphin," "Real Love," and "Miracle."

In other news, Oh My Girl recalled the time when they almost disbanded. On April 1, 2022, Oh My Girl Guested on KBS 2TV's "Yoo Hee Yeol," alongside with ONEWE and MAMAMOO Wheein.

Oh My Girl is one of the best K-pop girl groups in the third generation, as seen through their hardwork, dedication, achievements, talent, and beauty. However, this success is not without its setbacks, as Oh My Girl have also experienced serious challenges along the way.

The group received their breakout era in 2017 with "Coloring Book," continuing its success with "Secret Garden" in 2018.

On "Yoo He Yeol's Sketchbook," host Yoo Hee Yeol asked about the time when they received their first music show win. The group brought up the glorious moment, as well as the difficulty they faced before bagging their well-earned triumph.

Yoo He Yeol: "It took a long while for you to receive such explosive love. Do you still remember how you won your first music show win?"

Yubin: "With our fourth year, "Secret Garden" claimed that first win on a music show."

Hyojung: "It felt so good that I wanted to win once more in the future, and we were grateful. Before "Secret Garden" was released, we were on a crisis that almost pushed us towards disbandment. This song gave as another chance."
