"Summer Queen" Soyou revealed one of the secrets behind her sexy and fit "wannabe" body without exercise!
Soyou Opens Up on Idol's Physique Stereotype + Shares Weight Gain, Loss Journey
In her recent TV guesting, Soyou, one of the female stars with the hottest bodies in the K-pop scene, dropped her secret behind a "golden-ratio" physique — without exercise and compromising your love for alcohol!
On July 25, the second-gen idol appeared as a special guest in SBS' "Strong Heart League," hosted by Kang Ho Dong and Lee Seung Gi.
During the show, Soyou told stories related to diet, which is popular on YouTube for her channel containing exercise and diet-related videos.
Soyou added:
"I also took out the corn in the salad and ate it. I can eat both pork belly and gopchang (small intestines), but I didn't eat cold noodles."
Soyou emphasized that this diet is also perfect for alcohol lovers!
"If you go on a keto diet, you can still drink alcohol."
But there is also a risk in doing the diet, Soyou pointing out that it is hard to maintain the diet.
Nevertheless, Soyou flaunted her current impressive physique, the result of her keto diet for six months.
