On August 28, Girls' Generation Hyoyeon appeared in MBC FM4U's "Kim Shinyoung's Hope Song at Noon" as its special guest.
On this day, DJ Kim Shinyoung evaluated Hyoyeon's dance skills with 200 points and praised her but Hyoyeon humbly responded:
"It's been 16 years since I debuted. To be honest, my dancing skills have decreased a lot. My dance style has changed, so I am taking lessons to learn other genres. I practice more than before."

Hyoyeon, who debuted as the main dancer of the "Nation's Girl Group" SNSD has been acknowledged for her top-tier dance skills and earned the moniker, "Dancing Machine."
Just then, DJ Kim mentioned the hot-trend dance competition, "Street Woman Fighter 2," and suggested she join the show as an additional judge given her reputation as a seasoned dancer.
Hyoyeon then confessed that she's a huge fan of the show, saying:
"I watch 'Street Woman Fighter' in real time. I'm not usually good at watching things like that because I would think that what they're saying is directed at me. I would imagine what I would say if I were in front of them."
She then hinted at her desire to join them as the judge, but she eventually expressed that it would be difficult given that she knows a lot of the participants.
"I have high standards since I can dance all genres now. But I am sitting in Eunhyuk's (Super Junior) seat in Season 1 (as the judge), I wouldn't be able to speak in a cold manner since I know these people so well."
SNSD Hyoyeon Reveals 'Dream Team' If She Ever Participates in 'Street Woman Fighter'
DJ Kim Shinyoung then continued to suggest that Hyoyeon join the dance competition as a participant instead and asked her the "dream team" she would create if ever she joined with co-idols.
As a response, Hyoyeon didn't hold back from selecting her prospective teammates and went on by mentioning some of the biggest and well-recognized dancers in the K-pop scene!
She said:
"BLACKPINK’s Lisa, XG’s Cocona and Jurin, Chungha, and TWICE’s Momo… There are a lot, to be honest. Being able to do their own choreography is a significant factor, but I think everyone will be strong in the battle."
What a dream team, indeed!
Starting with Lisa, Momo, and Jurin, the three are known as the main dancers of their respective teams. They have been creating a good reputation for being some of the skilled and top-tier idol dancers.
Cocona, the youngest in XG, is also drawing attention for her incredible dancing abilities and potential despite her young age.
Chungha, on the other hand, initially rose to popularity as a member of I.O.I and was well-recognized for her "all-rounder" skills.
When she debuted as a soloist, she made her name known for her powerful performance and created dance hits such as "Gotta Go," "Roller Coaster," and "Snapping."
