Apparently, while aespa was in the middle of MYs (fandom) purple ocean, there are other lightsticks from other fandoms shining.
Winter was specifically drawn by the red light coming from the Candybong and asked:
"I'm just personally curious, but the one with the red lightstick, which artist was that for?"

The members started wondering if it was TWICE's lightstick and when the audience confirmed it was, they enthusiastically expressed their love for their senior artist as well, and Winter said:
"We love them, too!"
NingNing immediately performed a short dance of "TT," along with Karina who danced to "Cheer Up" and received loud cheer and waves of applause from the concert spectators.

When the video circulated among K-pop fans, especially MYs (aespa fans) and ONCEs (TWICE fandom), it immediately became a hot topic. Fans rejoiced after having aespa x TWICE crumbs and found the whole interaction cute.

In fact, aside from the Candybong, the group also noticed other audience members carrying different lightsticks and tried to guess which artists were those for.
Some of the comments are:
"See what happens when a group itself is actually successful? They and their fans do not see any need to feel insecure over a lightstick unlike some ppl who made a glowing light the main character of their fave shows"

Y’all know that if there’s a concert no matter who the artist is, whether it’s a Kpop idol or an international artist… know that Twice lightstick will ALWAYS be present!!!

On the flip side, there are MYs who are unhappy about fans bringing different lightsticks, pointing out that it is offensive and disrespectful to the artist.
Regardless of aespa's reactions, fans highlighted that it is a basic courtesy to only use the official lightstick or merchandise of the group.
Okay but to be fair some artists genuinely don't like it the way yall are saying one group is unphased = no one cares is kinda dumb. Take whatever merch to whoevers concert I dont care but the girls don't speak for dozens of other groups come in https://t.co/NN2yIUorlE

I never liked the audiences bringing lightsticks that are not even by the artist of the concert they're attending to. like idc if the artist is okay with it, but that action is fvcking disrespectful https://t.co/CFibl8kblL
