LOOSSEMBLE Triumphs in Court Battle to Preserve Iconic Name— Here's What Happened

In a significant legal victory, the K-Pop girl group LOOSSEMBLE, along with their agency CTD ENM, have successfully triumphed in a recent lawsuit brought against them by Blockberry Creative.

Confirmed by legal authorities, CTD ENM effectively defended themselves against the lawsuit, which sought to impose various injunctive measures, including a ban on LOOSSEMBLE's performances.

Blockberry Creative's Initial Lawsuit

Previously, Blockberry Creative had initiated a civil suit against CTD ENM, arguing that the agency should be prohibited from engaging in activities that employed names resembling or equivalent to "LOONA," "LOONA ASSEMBLE," or "LOOSSEMBLE."

Had Blockberry Creative's petition prevailed, LOOSSEMBLE would have been prevented from using their newly adopted name.

In a serendipitous development, LOOSSEMBLE has received the green light to continue operating under their new name and carry out their activities without any hindrances, courtesy of a favorable court ruling.

This legal judgment not only secures a promising future for LOOSSEMBLE but also paves the way for them to move forward without the specter of additional legal challenges looming over them.

Fans' Mixed Reactions and Desire for Involvement

LOOSSEMBLE, a highly anticipated girl group composed of five former LOONA members, recently revealed their official fandom name as "C.Loo," pronounced as "crew."

The announcement has generated mixed reactions among fans, with some expressing a desire for more fan involvement in the naming process. Despite not having officially debuted, LOOSSEMBLE has announced plans for a US Debut Ceremony tour in eight different American cities.

Fans' responses to the new fandom name ranged from calls for fan participation in naming to humorous nicknames like "Cloowns" and expressions of affection.

LOOSSEMBLE clarified that "C.Loo" does not replace their previous fan community, "Orbits," and fans can continue to identify as both. This reassurance eases concerns of a complete disbandment.

LOOSSEMBLE's members, who gained freedom from their former agency Blockberry Creative through a legal victory, have embarked on new career paths in the music industry.

Meanwhile,LOOSSEMBLE YeoJin and Vivi shared harrowing stories to fans through live broadcasts from their early days in the music industry, shedding light on the extreme dieting experiences they endured.
