NCT NEW TEAM Unveils Concept Photos for 'Hands Up,' NCTzens Thrilled to See Upcoming Boy Group
Are you ready for SM Entertainment's new boy group?
NCT NEW TEAM was originally composed as a seven-membered group, with Jungmin, Sion, Riky, Yushi, Daeyoung, Ryo, and Sakuya joining the final lineup. However, Jungmin departed from the group on October 2 due to health reasons.
SM Entertainment stated:
"Jungmin stopped his practice and other schedules, leading him to focus on treatment due to health reasons. With the help of medical professionals and discussion with his family, we discussed Jungmin's preparations."
"The in-depth conversation concluded that Jungmin would be stepping from NCT NEW TEAM and return as a trainee. This is in order to focus on his recovery."
"Consequently, NCT NEW TEAM will resume their group activities as a six-membered group. Please look forward to them and give your unconditional support."
