On November 10, aespa released their fourth mini album "Drama" and the title track of the same name.
aespa is one of the most popular fourth generation groups in K-pop today, and with that being said, it's always a highly anticipated comeback when the group releases new music. After the release, the quartet went on to promote their new song.
On November 12, aespa performed their title track "Drama" on SBS's music show program "Inkigayo." The girls appeared at the venue with their stage outfits and slayed their performance for the fandom.
However, clips of Karina went viral for the wrong reasons. According to the videos, a needle was seen sticking out of Karina's leather outfit, specifically in her right arm. Karina then luckily noticed the needle and removed it before expressing how shocked she was by the discovery.

This isn't the first time Karina experienced "dangerous styling." In other news, aespa appeared at the 2023 The Fact Music Awards to receive their trophies and perform their stages.
MYs were understandably excited for the group, and as the show went on, aespa surprised everyone with their mermaid getups in their performance. However, during their "Spicy" stage, Karina was shown to be adjusting her top, sparking concerns among MYs.
