TEMPEST Hwarang, who apologized for clubbing, raised concerns about being kicked out of his group.
On Earlier on March 6, Yuehua Entertainment gave an update regarding TEMPEST Hwarang, who admitted that he went to a club amid his hiatus due to health issues.
While he's just an adult who went there to enjoy music, he was accused of hanging out with girls and getting drunk, which cost him his MC job, and led him to be excluded from TEMPEST's upcoming comeback.
Hwarang's Status in TEMPEST Causes Worry After Idol's Profiles Were Deleted
Hwarang recently admitted to an eyewitness' claim that she saw him at a club during their fan video call.
Additionally, the name of another idol group member who had visited the club with Hwarang was mentioned, which further spread rumors whose authenticity is unknown.
While Hwarang is neither a minor nor his visit was illegal, the damage to his "idol image," especially as a rookie, is severe that he eventually had to stop his activities.

In the company's statement, Yuehua explained that Hwarang will only temporarily halt his activities for the group's comeback with "TEMPEST Voyage" to be released on March 11. The reason cited was due to "not being able to regain trust," referring to his clubbing issue.
However, some fans raised concerns that the company is not only planning to put the idol on a hiatus but is already slowly erasing his "prints" from the group.
Aside from excluding him from promotional materials of the group from their comeback, Hwarang's photos and name hashtag were also erased from their public posts.
Raising confusion, fans who tried to look for his name and profiles can't find him as well on various Korean sites such as MelOn, Genie, Bugs, etc.
While he mostly gained backlash from Korean fans, his name and profile on their Japanese website are nowhere to be seen as well.
TEMPEST Fans Call to Yuehua's Attention to Explain Hwarang's 'Erasure' from Group
As the official statement only mentioned a hiatus and not a permanent departure, fans are very much confused as to why his profiles were being deleted, when they are still a seven-member group.
As a result, iEs (TEMPEST fandom) took to the X platform to call Yuehua's attention and asked for a broader explanation as to what was happening.
With the collective effort of fans, especially international iEs, they released an official statement asking the label for clarification and expressed their strong disagreement with him being disrespected like this.
As of writing, Yuehua Entertainment is yet to release its position.
