A video of aespa's fandom, MYs, practicing the fan chant for the group's latest single, "Supernova," has gone viral.

In the post, the original poster shared a video of MYs sitting on the floor, waiting to enter the venue of "M! Countdown" to watch aespa's pre-recording of "Supernova." As they waited, the fans were heard practicing the fan chant for "Supernova."
Since they weren't watching aespa perform, their voices were more hushed and subdued than normal. Despite that, not a single person messed up the fan chant. This impressed the original poster, who joked that the fans should be included as aespa's fifth member.
It was also noted that the fan chant part is actually rather long, meaning they will be basically performing as well! For reference, here are the lyrics of "Supernova." The blue is the fan chant and what the fans will scream while aespa performs. The text in red is for fans to cheer.
Those who saw the post couldn't help but be amused. Several Korean netizens noted that one girl's voice stood out among the fans, with many joking that there was a main vocalist in their midst. Others claimed that the unified voices saying the same words almsot sounded as if they were casting a magic spell.
Some comments read,
- "HAHAHAHA, this is hilarious!"
